Jonny Gordon
Captain - Senior |
Jonny is entering his 4th year with the Oliver Ames program. Jonny is looking forward to his Senior season with his teammates, and feels privileged to be a leader for the team.
Jonny has had a very extensive baseball career. He played EYBL since the age of 4 and finished his years as a major for the A's. He is thankful for all the volunteers and coaches that lead him through all his EYBL seasons, including All-Star summer tournaments since the age of 9. He has been a member of the GBG Hawks organization for 5 years. Here he has received highly developmental training and his teams have been recognized as one of the most competitive on-field programs in New England. He was recognized with the Coaches Award for "Player of the Year", which exemplified his on and off field strengths. Jonny will be continuing his baseball and academic career at UMass Boston playing under Coach Eygabroat, who has led the Beacons to 16 straight LEC Tournament appearances. |

Jadon Ricci
Captain - Senior |
Jadon has been a varsity player since his sophomore year when the team made a MIAA tournament run to the semi-finals. He contributed as a catcher and pinch-hitter during the 2019 campaign. He has recently been developing as a pitcher and is primed to be a key player in the 2021 rotation.
Jadon played for the Yankees in EYBL and has played summer ball for Post 7 Legion and Glenn Tuft's Giants Futures. Jadon is one of only a handful of three-sport varsity athletes at Oliver Ames. He is also a member of the school's wrestling and football teams where he was also voted team captain by his peers. Jadon plans to attend college next year and hopes to continue his playing career at that level. |
